On his farm just outside Palestina (a major center for coffee growing in the southern Huila region), Orlando Sanchez is constantly creating coffee magic. This particular bit of magic felt perfectly suited for this special coffee roasted to celebrate the release of Blonde Redhead's new album, Sit Down For Dinner. Thanks to the double anaerobic natural process, this coffee is screaming with a big fruit-forward punch. Highlighted by a smooth strawberry shortcake frontend, the dark chocolate finish might be the most memorable moment for everyone tasting this coffee.
